On the YONO SBI app: tap Account Services → e-Statement, choose your date range, and save the PDF. On the desktop portal: log in to onlinesbi.sbi → My Accounts → Account Statement → Download. When prompted for a password, enter your 10-digit SBI Account Number.
Unlock and upload the PDF
Open the downloaded PDF in Adobe Reader, Foxit, or Preview (Mac) and enter your 10-digit Account Number to unlock it. Save an unlocked copy, then drag it onto the upload zone above or click to browse.

SBI's 7-column statement layout — explained
SBI is one of the few Indian banks that includes both a Ref No./Cheque No. column and a Branch column alongside the standard Date, Description, Debit, Credit, and Balance. This 7-column layout causes generic PDF converters to misalign every transaction row.
Transaction date in DD/MM/YYYY format. Distinct from value date on some inter-bank transfers.
Cheque number for clearing, or blank for UPI/NEFT (those carry the reference in Description).
Narration including UPI reference IDs, PFMS disbursement codes, and NEFT sender details.
SBI branch IFSC-style code where the transaction was processed. Often blank for digital transactions.
Amount debited (money leaving the account). Blank when this row is a credit.
Amount credited (money received). Blank when this row is a debit.
Running account balance after this transaction. Used to verify no rows are missing.
YONO vs NetBanking PDF: Statements from the YONO mobile app and onlinesbi.sbi both follow this 7-column format. The only consistent difference is that YONO PDFs on older Android devices may be image-rendered — in which case, re-download from the desktop portal.
